  I went here for the first time to see Luba, and had a fantastic experience. I was cutting my hair short for the first time in years, and she really took the time to make sure it was what I wanted and that I walked away happy. Also felt very safe here with all the COVID precautions! I’ll definitely be back, it’s my new neighborhood spot.

  I have been to Luba at Salon De Larue a couple times now and can say she has been one of the best I've found in Brooklyn. I was in search of a hair stylist that could achieve a specific blonde color/ highlight and she nailed it on the first try. She took time to ask the right questions and made sure we were on the same page. She also followed up after each appointment to make sure I was happy with the results. Now, I only trust her with my hair! Her attention to detail, patience, and professionalism really set her apart from others and I highly suggest making an appointment with her!

  Luba has been my hairdresser for the last decade and I walk away super happy after every visit. She always has the latest styles to recommend and modifies based on my personality and lifestyle. Would highly recommend Luba and Salon de Larue.

  I was nervous to find a new cut and color place (because I am a creature of habit), but I'm so happy I found Luba! She listened to exactly what I wanted and made that come to fruition. On separate occasions, Luba did my cut and color, and I'm extremely pleased with both services! Luba had a lot of hair to work with and she took her time to made sure it turned out great! Highly recommend!!

  MY! HAIR! LOOKS! FABULOUS!!! My stylist Luba super sweet professional and funny and just a genius! She did exactly what I asked and NAILED my color like no one else has ever done! My hair is super sleek and shiny and very healthy and just amazing! And the prices were super reasonable to boot!
