Brooklyn Hypnosis

I went to Brooklyn hypnosis to try to quit smoking, I was a little skeptical it would work for me after being a die hard smoker of 25 years, I was way overdue to quit and only was addicted to nicotine supplements when" I quit "with those. Herve was very nice he asked lots of questions to personalize the experience, he does 3 sessions to quit. After the first one I felt energized and good, It was pretty easy to cut down to half, no cravings no spiraling thoughts I was surprising ok, I still wasn’t sure it would. But after my quit date appointment I actually quit and getting through the first 3 days was actually fine. I didn’t suffer, I wasn’t a anxious wreck I couldn’t believe it, by my 3 rd appointment I was a non smoker it’s been almost a month since I’ve seen herve and I can’t believe with his help and Brooklyn hypnosis I am now a non smoker! After years of trying and failing to quit smoking, I contacted Herve. Over the course of three Zoom sessions, he led me through the process clearly and effectively, and kept me comfortable the entire time. I have been nicotine free since my last session and am not struggling with temptation. Herve is personable, non-judgmental, and a genuinely interesting person to talk to within and beyond the practice. I fully plan on returning to him to pursue hypnosis to support me with other goals and endeavors. I highly recommend working with him.

A few times I've seen someone smoking and stared at the cigarette and thought about how badly I wanted it, but as soon as I actually imagined actually smoking it, and inhaling the smoke into my lungs; I didn't want it.

I was so afraid I would be missing such an enjoyable part of my life by not smoking. I was scared to be a non-smoker. But I felt so physically horrible from smoking, and mentally horrible for not having the will power to stop on my own, I knew it was time to remove cigarettes from my life. And Herve facilitated that for me. I'm extremely thankful for his effort and his attention to me.

I now consider myself a non-smoker. I know that I will NEVER smoke again, and I couldn't be happier.
