Despite having a busy day, Dr. Tou spent time listening to my questions and not showing any impatience even though I'm sure she had many cases to go to after me. I appreciated her telling me step by step what her process would be for the wellness check. I've been looking for an OBGYN for the past few years and I finally found one I feel comfortable and trust.

It was my first time at pure and I will definitely be coming back! Your staff is super friendly and while I didn’t receive a prompt to fill out my paperwork ahead of time (have really enjoyed that process in the past at other offices), it was a pretty seamless check in process. Dr Tou and the assistant were very nice and answered all of my questions. I was in and out within an hour and even got to have my birth control put in, not just the initial consultation which was super convenient! Thank you again!
