  Paulo went out of his way for me and my roommates, helping us find an apartment that was nicer than anything we'd seen in the three weeks leading up to (and also nicer than anything we'd imagined for ourselves given our budget). When we told him that we were considering another apartment as well, he corresponded with management then contacted us hours later with an offer to drop monthly rent by $100 to make it a more competitive option. In the weeks following, he fielded our many, many questions, always responded quickly, went out of his way to check on various aspects of the apartment, and was extremely honest, kind, and respectful, no matter the circumstance. I give Paulo my highest recommendation and would absolutely work with him again. Someone to change your mind about NY real estate.

  I just want to thank Zjama Realty for helping me find my dream home in Prospect Park South! The whole team was super friendly, honest and helpful. It was truly such a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend!!

  I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Benny Nisnevich!! My husband and I can’t thank him enough for helping us get our dream apartment right by Prospect Park! We LOVE our new and huge two bedroom apartment and were very fortunate to be referred to Benny. The NYC/Brooklyn apartment hunting scene is very stressful and fast-paced so it was a breath of fresh air to work with Benny. He guided us from start to finish during the application process with positivity, attention to detail and encouragement. He is very personable, professional yet warmly down-to-earth and by far the best real estate agent we’ve worked with! He answered all our questions every step of the way and was on top of everything. Benny’s professionalism, diligence and dedication to his job is unmatched and stands out! I highly recommend Benny and Zjama Realty to anyone who’s looking for an apartment in Brooklyn!!

  We had a really great experience with Zjama Realty. We worked with Naftali, and he was responsive, quick, and honest. It was a breath of fresh air after an exhaustive search with lots of other flaky real estate agents, and he got us a great apartment in the end.
