I cannot say enough about how outstanding Resolution Audio Video is as a company. From Adam , to Chu, to Robert, to Eduardo, each person we worked with was hugely knowledgeable, customer-focused, and genuinely nice. Resolution installed a high-speed internet system, an audio system and our televisions during the gut renovation of our apartment in Manhattan. All equipment they provided (as well as the TVs they recommended) have worked perfectly since we moved in. We aren't great learning or remembering how to use new systems -- in this case, the design was simple, so we don't have difficulty accessing any system. Plus even when they are "done" with an installation, Resolution remains responsive to any follow up questions. Rare but terrific to find a company of this caliber.

Resolution Audio Video just finished installing music and internet throughout my townhouse, including in the garden. As well, my family room now has a wonderful home theater. They were so knowledgeable , patient and responsive to every concern. The speakers and amplifier they chose for my turntable exceed all of my expectations. They were efficient and very neat duing the final install. I whole heartedly recommend them!

Adam installed a complete home theater, music and hi-speed internet system in our Brooklyn home, and we could not be happier with the work. We loved the system from the very beginning but we appreciate it even more now that we are restricted at home. The screens and the quality of sound are so wonderful that we often feel that watching a movie at home is as great as going to the movie theater. The music is equally great in all our rooms. Adam helped us chose quality equipment within our budget but also designed the perfect placement for everything. He was professional and punctual and it was a pleasure to work with him and his team.
