I accompany my elderly grandparents on several doctors appointments who use Almaz for many years and drivers have always been professional and helpful! A bit surprised by some of these unlikely reviews, in all the years we have used Almaz there was never a no-show and of course there were other pick ups along the way - as this is not a car service. Their service is personable and reliable, we will always continue to use their service.
Good company, my grandparents have been using them for a decade. They are Russian /English speaking which is great for many Russian elderly who don't know how to speak English. It's a shame that some people can think that they would pretend to not speak English... I've personally met the owner, who sometimes drives when there are more patients than drivers available , great man who wants his local business to succeed.
