They take care of my mother really well, great customer service, always available, and there for the patient at all times.
My father had a total right knee replacement. I was very concerned about how much Prime could do for him at home. My concern was quickly quelled by a staff of professionals that my father came to adore. He had a Nurse, a Physical Therapist and an Occupational Therapist who made his recovery a whole lot easier than I could have ever expected. His PT and OT ladies quickly become like family and he was sorry to see them leave but grateful for all they did for him.
