Portable Oxygen Concentrator

One of the metal legs of my Rollator walker sheared off. Alba Medical Supply ordered a new leg from the company who said they would not honor a warranty. The manager went to bat for me, telling them this was a product failure not user abuse and the warranty should be honored. They replaced the leg at no cost due to his persistence. Furthermore, Alba installed the new leg and adjusted my brakes and refused to take money for their time and effort. This is not the first walker I have purchased from Alba. It will not be my last. This company could not give better service!
