(February 14, 2018, 3:44 pm)For some reason I thought tbehe process would be difficult and lengthy but from my first visit it has been rather smooth and very informative. The staff are welcoming and make you feel like you have a second family there helping you each step of the way. It's heartwarming the way they seat with you one on one and explain what they are doing along with answering your questions to the best that they can.
