  Two representatives came (I believe it was James and Darnell) and examined the furniture first because it had been in a fire and had smoke and soot damage. They honestly told me they could not do anything for the velvet dining room chairs so they did not charge me for that. They thoroughly cleaned the 4 living room chairs, including the undersides, and then sprayed an additional enzyme deodorizer. Everything looks and smells much better!! James and Darnell we’re both excellent!! I highly recommend them!!

  The 2 men who cleaned my carpet at 208 West 23rd Street, Apt 502 NY,NY 10011 did a fantastic job. They were highly professional and my carpet never looked better. They gave me clear instructions on when next I should vacuum.
  I am totally satisfied and I will be using Stanley Steemer in the future.

  Donnell and Victor Were amazing !very professional And explained in detail exactly what they were doing. They were on time as well as very responsive, cleaned whatever spills left and displayed excellent teamwork as they Executed their task. It is professionalism, courtesy,well knowledge and the team work like Donnell and Victor the reason why I always choose Stanley Steamer for my upholstery needs.

  I live in a studio apartment on the 4th floor of a brownstone in Brooklyn. I was apprehensive about the logistics of getting my kitchen and bathroom floors steam cleaned. The two young men, Moisey and Colden, could not have been nicer or more proficient. They ran the tubes up the stairway with ease. They were punctual and answered all my questions. (But Moisey deserves a more up to date handheld device for billing customers. It was quite slow.) He was very helpful in answering questions I had about other surfaces to possibly get cleaned in the future.

  I had these guys come in to clean my grout in my kitchen and dining. It was black in between the tile. Jonathan and Javier were so nice and So quick! They came, explained everything and got to work. They moved all the chairs and furniture that was in the way so I didn’t have to do a thing. Now my floors are so clean and shiny! I’m so happy! Wish I took a before picture, but here’s an after...
