  Don't rent from American Mobility. I'm 67 and was on a business trip from Canada. Geraldine didn't answer her phone for two hours during regular business hours when my scooter broke down and I was stranded. When Geraldine finally answered the phone she rudely told me I was calling the wrong numbers. I had the only two numbers she gave me. She told me she'd phone me right back and never called back. I had to pull the scooter off the street by myself and push it to my hotel with the help of good NY citizens. I was in a lot of pain and missed appointments because of her business incompetence and Geraldine wouldn't replace the scooter. She won't refund all the money she owes me for the 2 days the scooter didn't work. She doesn't care about her customers. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE.

  Great Customer Service! I worked with Daniel to get an air mattress for my Dad. He was awesome to work with and super informative on the various options, helping me select the best mattress for my Dad.

  I worked with Homepro on a quick request for a VIP client who needed a hospital bed in a hotel room. Daniel made it so seamless. We were able to get it delivered within days with everything they needed. With every hurdle they overcame it. I would recommend them to anyone!
