(June 12, 2021, 11:16 am)We had our '18 International break down over in Ridgewood, NJ. Unfortunately our dealer over in Ronkonkoma was closed that particular Saturday. Spoke to Dwayne in service and he not only offered to call our driver to try and get the truck started, he walked our driver through some basic diagnostics.
Though the truck in eventuality needed to be towed, Dwayne stepped up and did what he could do to help. Kudos...
