  This is my first appointment at So Gold Studios.Cassi was just wonderful. Very professional and also great to talk to. My experience was great from when I first walked in to when I left. The jewelry selection was beautiful ; Cassi also helped me pick out some very cute jewelry which is very attractive for my small ears. The shop is so cute and the atmosphere is very chill. It didn’t feel like a appointment more like I was hanging with friends, I was super comfortable and the 3 piercings (conch, 2nd earlobes piercing on both ears) I got were super swift, it barely hurt. I definitely recommend so So Gold studios and I will definitely be returning to get more piercings from Cassi.

  I’ve been looking to have my ears pierced for a few months now. It was my first lobe piercing and it was a tad nerve racking. I considered other places in the city, but decided on So Gold Studios because I wanted to support a business ran by a woman POC in my neighborhood.
  
  Cassi was very welcoming and eager to help. She has tons of experience and set the positive vibe for the appointment to come.
  
  The space is cute, clean and bright. The huge mirror gave you chance to look at yourself before heading back outside.
  
  She’s such a wonderful ball of energy, you’d want to be friends with her.
  
  Go to her. Support her. You’ll love the experience.

  I first got pierced by Cassi back in October 2019. I've always been a person who gets anxious with appointments (whether it be for the doctor, dentist, etc) yet Cassi does an amazing job at putting you at ease from the simple & clean beauty of her store, to her attentive qualities, and oh so soothing voice. She only ever has one client in the store at at a time where she gives you her undivided attention. She is able to give you her professional opinion on jewelry options that cater perfectly to your own personal style and works within a budget that is comfortable for you.
  
  Today, I visited Cassi for new piercings and a downgrade amidst this trying time for all of us and can vouch that Cassi upholds protocol that allows her clients to continuously feel safe and secure in her shop. Everything is clean and professional as expected with So Gold Studios and remain to be the same safe environment I fell in love with last year. I trust no-one else with my ears and will continue to go back to Cassi for the foreseeable future!!

  The best piercing studio I have gone to in NYC! Cassi is super sweet and really professional. She works with your anatomy and has an amazing selection of jewelry. I highly recommend!
