“Okay so I came here a few days after I got my new car and thought I would have had a hard time a new vehicle owner but to my Surprise I didn't. I ran into someone named Hugo(the manager) and I explained to him what I needed and he gave me my options and even tried to find a way around me spending money on one item. He sent me to the parts store dep't to get what I needed and when I was finished he met me outside and introduced me to Cindy just incase he wasn't there when I came in for my appointment.... The day I came in for my appointment Cindy was AMAZING! I've had customer service at places before but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I have EVERYTHING done and even checked on a few other things on my car as courtesy. I wanted to just stay there and hang out with her and her crew just because of how welcomed they made me feel. Cindy gave me tips and advice and I left there knowing that if I ever needed anything done on my car I can call them and she would be there for me. I felt like I was apart of their family. “Eric and his team are true professionals. I took my 2006 Mustang into his shop to get headers, a cold air intake, a new exhaust, and an air horn installed. I also brought rear window louvers, a fuel door, lower bumper insert, cup holder insert, chrome shift handle, and tail light covers to be installed. Eric and his team installed everything I brought, while also performing an oil change and an inspection, in a very timely and and efficient manner. Eric is very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff, and he'll give you a fair price. Your vehicle will be in good hands at Brooklyn Motors. He practically transformed my 2006 Mustang, and I couldn't be happier!
