“I'm writing this at 2am on a Wednesday. I quite literally JUST moved into my new apartment today and have been going back and forth all day from my old apartment to my new apartment unloading and loading with the movers and such. When I first entered my apartment I was told the door doesn't lock behind you. This clearly was not the case or the lock/door completely broke. I was locked out at 1:30 AM in a new area and new building I'm not familiar with. The super of my building wasn't answering and everyone was asleep. My purse was locked inside with my wallet and all my belongings. Thank God I had my phone in my hand because I searched on Yelp immediately for a 24 hour locksmith. Within a few minutes I called Urgent Locksmith and a dispatch told me that someone would be calling me back shortly. The technician that came to service my unit is Mo.... And Mo is a locksmith God!!! He literally saved me-- he got to my building in under 20 minutes and replaced my lock all within a half hour total. They honestly should give him a raise because he's extremely fast, talented and it's apparent he knows exactly what he's doing. Seriously just always remember "Urgent Locksmith" and type it in whenever you're in a panic and locked out. I still can't believe I'm back in my apartment this fast. Solid company, just wow.”
