I have only taken two classes but both times the attention to form, which is so critical in pilates, was on point. The studio is very clean, with updated equipment. The music was fun, everyone is friendly and I'm extremely sore in all the right places. I signed up for more classes and I'm excited to use them. Note the space is small but not cramped, perfect with the class sized I experienced. I would book in advance just in case.”
