“We bought an entire house full of furniture and so far I’m fairly happy however having said that the one couch that Tony talked us into buying I woke up after falling asleep on it and I felt like I needed to go to the hospital my back is completely ruined it’s been about five hours and I’m still in terrible pain!! this Has to be the worst couch ever and I’m so sorry when I purchased it!!!! the rest of the furniture I bought so far is holding out good however after reading all of these reviews I’m a little nervous about the insurance thing because I purchased the insurance as well! We always hope that we never have to use it but in the event that I do I surely don’t want any runarounds like a lot of people here have spoke about....that would be awful. Other than that Tony was great to us we had just moved here from Las Vegas and he treated us well but oh my God I am so sorry about this couch I may put it on craigslist or something I don’t know it’s only two months old and it’s terrible!!!”
