He disassembled, carried (up 9 flights without complaining!!), and reassembled my velvet couch and you can't even tell it was ever touched! While here, he also secured furniture to the wall for us to make sure it didn't fall on our kids. He charged us the original quoted amount despite carrying the couch up the stairs and us adding tasks for him after he arrived. Awesome experience! We will definitely be working with him again in the future.”
