  Planks offers the best full body workout! The instructors, Tamar and JoAnne, are knowledgable, creative, and make the classes fun. Accommodations are made for each client's specific needs, and there are never more than 5 people in a class. This allows for personal supervision to ensure correct form. A combination of Pilates reformers, weights, resistance bands and other accessories keep things interesting, and allow a complete workout. Classes are open to all levels, and the instructors vary the exercises to keep things fresh and interesting. I've been going to this studio for 10+ years, and it's the best thing I can do for myself mentally and physically.

  Jo and Tamar make every single workout count. I always leave feeling better and stronger than when I walked in. The studio is clean, beautiful and upbeat. The music is great. Instructors are encouraging and challenging at once. Pilates at PLANKS has transformed my post partum body and my core stability for the better! I owe much of my health to PLANKS!

  Love love this studio!! The instructors Tamar and Joanne are amazing. They work us hard and they love what they do!! They are aware of your injuries and have different exercises for us to do that will work for each individual!! Thank you ladies

  Great pilates studio…. Small class size for individual attention… Both Tamar and Joann are wonderful instructors…. They continuously keep the classes challenging. I highly recommend PLANKS!!!

  Amazing studio! Super clean and modern. Joanne is tiny but mighty and will give you a great workout! I feel every muscle working but the time flies with her upbeat personality and great music. Highly recommend!!!
