Much to my surprise my loan originator, Josh Kirsch, was very pleasant, professional, kind and patient. I truly appreciated his professional demeanor and his knowledge of the subject. Not once did I feel that Josh could not help. My interaction with Josh was mostly over the phone. But, when he showed up at the closing, I was delighted to meet him in person. Thank you Josh, I appreciate you.
