There was a huge family ahead of me and the mom was awful, difficult, and frustrating to everyone behind us. The girls behind the counter were so kind even though the woman was insane and it shows how professional they are.

(March 23, 2020, 1:56 pm)The owner is a very sweet lady, I love her. She always says hello with a friendly smile. From day one to over the years she always treated me so nicely and that goes a long way.
Her staff is always well mannered and hard workers.
She is NOT an absentee owner by any stretch.
Always amazing Ices, with a warm smile, is a win for our community in North Bellmore.
