Our son has been going for OT with Dr. Patel for the last 1 year. We have found her to be really supportive, knowledgeable, and resourceful. She is hardworking, is truly invested in the growth and well being of the children with whom she works, and tries to be helpful at all times. Dr. Patel also has a great staff. In our view, if all therapists could be as good as Dr. Patel, then then children would have greater chances at success. We're so glad that our son works with Dr. Patel.
As a special educator I refer my students to Dr. Patel because she is very well qualified to work with children with different abilities. She is a great communicator with parents as well as children. She is thorough, diligent and conscientious in her line of work. In my professional opinion, I have seen noticeable progress in my students and would recommend other professionals to give her a call.
Dr. Patel is truly amazing. She was hired as my sons OT when he was only 2 years old. He was speaking much at the time, only a few words here and there. After his 1 year session with her, he was not only able to speak full sentences but his communicational skills were out of this world. Dr. Patel is so warm, patient, unbelievably kind and takes great pride in what she does. Its been 6 yrs and Dr. Patel and I remain in contact till this day! My son has managed to make the honor roll every single year. Dr. Patel, thank you so much for all you have done for our family! I recommend her 100% to anyone who has a child in need of therapy. She truly works wonders!
Dr. Patel is an exceptional occupational therapist! I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with her and can attest to her capabilities. Steps to Success is well equipped to handle pediatric and adult clients. The office is a warm and friendly environment and it is always clean! Whether you have a child with sensory or fine motor concerns, or a parent who had a stroke and needs to strengthen and relearn life skills, Dr. Patel will treat your loved one with great care and respect while individualizing therapy. The office is clean and well kept. The staff are very polite. Dr. Patel has been and is very accommodating with appointments. My child has been given therapy by Dr. Patel for a year and a half now through Early Intervention. She has helped my child with his gross and fine motor skills. She is able to engage and treat my child with ease. My son is eager to go for appointments and enjoys his time at the office. His balance and coordination have greatly improved as well as his ability to manipulate objects with his hands. I highly recommend Steps to Success Occupational Therapy.
