    Thank you BJ for helping me with shipping my iPad off for repair. After 2 locations, one being a Fed Ex Shipping Center in New Hyde Park and the other a local authorized Fed Exp shipping location were not able to help me because they could not put their thinking caps on. The Ray Block Stationery Co customer service is excellent. Thank you again.
