  If you are looking for a knowledgeable yet personable buying experience, look no further than Freeport Jaguar/Land Rover! Peter was amazing from start to finish, and he patiently answered questions and allowed me to make the decision on the perfect vehicle for me without any pressure or gimmicks. Peter is someone who you can trust which is sometimes rare in the car-buying realm. Ben and Lauren were also helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The team here is second to none.   Many thanks to Peter and Donna for being extremely helpful in purchasing the Range Rover Evoque convertible! This was a very fast and smooth experience at the dealership.   When Jaguar Great Neck closed down, I was left with two locations that were less than practical for me to get my car serviced. Luckily for me, I chose Freeport where Daniel Blatt, Service Manager, went out of his way to fix the issues that my previous service advisor at Great Neck couldn’t fix. Daniel and his team also provided the best costumer experience imaginable by getting me a loaner car every time, getting my car back in time and always in pristine condition.

  This has been the smoothest and most satisfying car buying experience! My father and I were most fortunate enough to work with Ted Mitchell. He is by far the most professional, exceptionally intelligent and accommodating individual we have had the pleasure to work with. From the minute we walked in, we received impeccable service!
  
  My father's lease on his BMW was up and after the ill-mannered and poor service we received from them, as well as the unwillingness to work with us and or meet our desires over the course of our 3 year lease, we were looking for a change.
  
  Jaguar of Freeport not only offered us first class service and attention but they listened to WHAT WE WANTED and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly that! The process was effortless and stress-free. We knew what ALL our options were and what was happening every step of the way. Most dealerships lead you from one office to another and it feels like a never-ending maze but with Ted, it was easy and painless. In the span of three weeks, we went home with two brand new vehicles, both deals working with Ted and it was the best decision we could've made. We will definitely be back!

  If you are interested in a Jaguar/Land Rover this is absolutely the place to go. Right from the very beginning the receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful with regards to seeing a salesperson. The showroom was fantastic and had so many models to walk through. Was very interested in a Jaguar XE and the salesman, Peter Nawrocki, that helped me through the process was top-notch. His knowledge of the cars was second to none and made the process of purchasing my Jaguar a wonderful experience. I will absolutely be going back to Jaguar Freeport and seeing Peter again when it's time for my next car. If you want a Jaguar/Land Rover go to Freeport and ask for Peter and you will get the service that everyone should get when purchasing a vehicle.
