  My first BMW purchase and I couldn’t be more pleased. My sales advisor, Keith, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I usually dread dealing with people at dealerships but my experience was great this time around. Any issue I had, Keith addressed it to my satisfaction. Best car buying experience I’ve had by far!

  Joanna Lambert was truly a pleasure to work with. She made sure I felt comfortable during the entire process. It was not about the sale for her. It was more about making sure I was happy with my decision. She gave me great suggestions and what is most important she was NOT pushy. She understood what I wanted and that i was in a budget. She found a great car for me. :)

  This dealership was top notch! Dan Turin went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the BMW I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on the X5 the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Dan Turin to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

  After shopping around for a vehicle and looking at competitors, in the end I choose BMW Freeport. My salesperson was Keith Lindsay and he was truly a pleasure to work. I’m an attorney so I have to admit I’m not the easiest customer and I am not signing until I feel comfortable about a deal. Keith’s first priority was making sure I actually loved the vehicle. That was something that I truly appreciated and made me feel at ease during the entire process. It wasn’t about a sale. It was more about making sure his customer was happy with their purchase. BIG DIFFERENCE! I recommend BMW Freeport and I highly recommend Keith Lindsay! He communicates with you throughout the entire process, makes sure you are truly satisfied and never makes you feel pressured. Thank you Keith!
