I’ve been training here for about a year the jujitsu coaches are excellent they give so much detail and experience. The Muay Thai and kickboxing classes are high intensity and beginner friendly.The gym is reasonably priced And I would recommend this gym for anyone who wants to train as a hobby ,for self defense or compete competitively.
