Several years ago I became allergic to my migraine medicine. I was having debilitating migraines very frequently getting no relief with other medications and having no idea what was causing them. I will never forget standing across from Dr. Zhao at my first visit as we talked. She said she thought she knew what was causing them and would know better when she examined me. She got it right , my healing started that day. Along with accupuncture, she gave me a diet and supplement protocol that greatly reduced the incidents and severity of my migraines. Now there are more choices of migraine medications available but I don't need them. Dr. Zhao is a skilled, professional, and compassionate healer. She runs a very organized shop. There is no reason to go anywhere else. And if you're not sure accupuncture will help you, she pre-screens you by phone.

Dr Zhao has been able to help me with back problems more quickly and effectively then any other medical specialists including orthopedists and chiropractors. Dr Zhao has helped me throughout many aspects of my fertility and pregnancy journey. She supported me during IVF cycles and helped me to ultimately get pregnant on my own. She has also helped me flip a breech baby and induce labor when I was past due. In my opinion, her knowledge and practice is unmatched. Garden City Acupuncture is hands down the best acupuncture clinic around. Liming Zhao is highly educated and extremely knowledgeable on all things acupuncture, and I fully trust her in helping me with whatever the case may be. One of the biggest things she helped me with was passing some of the hardest exams I’ve ever taken in my life. Be consistent, listen to what she says to do, and you too will see results!

Dr Zhao is very knowledgeable in the field of acupuncture, diet, and eastern medicine. Just from the feeling my pulse and looking at my tongue, she was able diagnose the issues I was having in my body. The front desk receptionist, Jennifer is very professional and kind. When I arrived to the office, I was seen immediately with zero wait time which I appreciated. I am currently going to Dr Zhao for acupuncture for infertility and hormone imbalance. Dr Zhao makes you feel very comfortable in her office and the acupuncture treatment was painless. I look forward to my next visits/treatments. I will update my review in the future with results. :)
