  Mrs. Carlson was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate her spending the time explaining options. Peggy Sullivan was terrific and efficient handling the administrative process.
  
  Convenient location to my home. Parking lot is quite crowded, though.

  Dr. Wilks was fabulous!! I lost my hearing on Wednesday in one ear and was recommended by my ENT doctor to go to the Wilks Hearing Center for evaluation. I was greeted by Peggy who was cheerful and funny. The office was very comfortable and clean. Dr. Wilks did a series of tests to determine the reason why on Thursday and sent the report to my ENT doctor within 30 minutes. My ENT prescribed a couple of meds on the same day and by Sunday my hearing returned 100%. I totally recommend the Wilks Hearing Center!!!

  There aren’t enough stars to describe how great their service was! Got a filter stuck in my hearing aid & they were able to fix it in such a timely manner. Great place & even greater people.

Our hearing center became one of the first comprehensive audiology practices in New York State, when in 1976, we relocated to our current location at 290 Central Avenue, Lawrence, NY. Since then, we have continued to expand into one of the most extensive private hearing centers in the metropolitan area. We opened our Farmingdale office in 2021.
