The facility is nice and clean. And seating is nice and space out. The person at the front desk on 9/23 around noon, wasn’t very welcoming as you walk in you have to kind of ask questions or figure out how to sign in to be seen. The nurse that did the test was nice and professional.

I have been to this urgent care twice, once for myself and my child, to get COVID tested and they were gentle with me and especially with my child. The staff is friendly and caring to your needs. Very clean. The only thing I would say negative, they need an extra staff member, the wait is a bit long, make sure you don’t have anything else plan. I would definitely come back to get treated..

Always neat and clean. Fast friendly front desk staff. I like the fact that you walk-in and you are seen with warm, pleasant faces. I was not ignored by staff. The doctor I encountered was very good.

It was fast and easy and they said it would be results within 24 and 48 hours but it’s been almost 48 hours and I haven’t received my results yet. I had to call yesterday to ask HOW I would receive them, they said via text link. So, I would recommend it for convenience but I’d feel better about giving five starts if I got my results faster.

You will Never find a cleaner place, friendlier more professional and knowledgeable staff. The idea that for the last 15 months testing has been a New Normal, All other institutions should send their workers HERE for Training on Great Customer Service. I will Never go any Place Else. My results were absolutely on time And they called to make sure I received them in time for my flight. Thank You.
