  Went to enterprise in hempstead to get a rental, my car was in the shop getting repairs, it was a busy holiday weekend and they didn't have alot of cars to choose from. Marcus and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy before I left the parking lot. Customer service and satisfaction is their top priority.

  I have rented from this facility several times in the past few months and have found the service to always be exceptional. The staff is comprised of young people. I have watched them deal with all of their clients with excellence. I am a senior and appreciate even more the way they have dealt with me.
  
  I must give special acknowledgement to Jeffery and Jeffery.
  
  Also, special acknowledgement to Marcus as he is the one I speak to most often. Marcus always called on the day before to confirm my reservation. Always courteous. I finally met Marcus on May 9th. Again, very courteous, very knowledgeable. Have already recommended this location to many people.

  I went 2 days ago to rent a car through my insurance company progressive.I was a little confused to ask why my card was charged the 300 deposit plus another 185.Then I realized it was because they put down there insurance instead of using my own which I wasn't fully aware or explained accurately .The next day I called and spoke to Brianna which told me I could come in and switch it to my own insurance and be refunded back.I also wasn't pleased with the rental car I had so when I explained to her she let me know I could come in the next day and she would have something else for me.Her customer service was excellent I forgot the name of the guy I initially dealt with but he was a thumbs down.She went beyond to provide me with service as well as an understanding and got me into a much better vehicle and now I am happy.Its service like this that will definitely let me forget about the first day when I wasnt happy.Thank you Brianna for fixing everything.❤️

  I had a great experience in renting a car here through my insurance with Marcus and Jeffery! The process was fast and they were extremely respectful and friendly. I appreciated the efficient service and nice car rental/experience!
