  Dr. Salem has taken wonderful care of the dental needs of my wife and I for several years. I’m now 75 and the doctor has replaced all of my worn out teeth with beautiful crowns. He’s patient and has a great chair-side manner which helps me relax. Even simple but important procedures like numbing the area where he’ll be working are done with concern for our comfort. He never rushes but leaves the pre-anesthetic swab in place long enough so the needle is barely felt.
  Other key members of the staff are the dental hygienists who not only provide thorough cleaning, they also educate us on how to properly care for our teeth between visits.
  Finally, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful and the fish tank is always entertaining.
  Tip: feed the parking meter - don’t give the Town of Malverne your hard-earned money :))))

  Great visit. Cleaning was amazing. Dr. Salem is very professional and knowledgeable. Lynette is a pleasure and Joseline is very sweet. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

  Great, friendly and efficient staff!! Doctor and team definitely know what they are doing here. They are informative and definitely have the patients interest in mind. I have been going to another dentist for years and was recommended to them by my wife - my teeth are glad she did!

  Dr. Salem and his team are the best! They are always friendly and welcoming and do their best to make me feel comfortable. I had Beatrice for the first time today as my hygienist and she was fantastic. Highly recommend!

  Just like everyone else, I don’t like going to the dentist. However my visit with Dr. Basra made it comfortable. Dr. Basra was very informative and explained everything clearly. Also, my cleaning with Shaskia was painless and throrough. Definitely recommend The Smilist in Malverne.
