The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The sense of camaraderie is inspiring. The trainers are professionals with amazing knowledge and skill. It's clean and nurturing. I love my trainer, Annie, and feel like part of a larger family with everyone.

I have been a client of SBF for quite some time now. My trainer is Fred and I must say Fred and his trainers are extremely accommodating. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to ensure you are getting the proper workout.

I have lived in Oceanside for well over 10 years and have just relocated out of state. Well, one of the most concerning things to me was what will I do now about training. I didn’t want to start over with someone new at this point. So, thankfully we have technology and I asked Fred if he would continue to train me remotely. At first, I thought he wasn’t up to the idea, however, he said YES and we have been training everyday since! I absolutely love it! He can train me from his house or the studio - it’s terrific!

Although I miss the staff and the studio immensely, I am so happy Fred agreed to train me from afar. I do miss my coffee sessions with Fred and Lisa, as well as all the laughs with Lance. Mindy also has helped me in her own special way too. Because the studio is so “family” friendly, I even had the opportunity to babysit Khali and play with Murphy too!

The studio itself is very quaint and intimate and one doesn’t feel like they are in a gym setting. The best part is you have a lot of fun while doing your workout, and to me that is worth it all!!!

The site only allows for a 5 star rating, however, it’s really a 10 star rating!
