(July 3, 2009, 11:59 am)I started doing Boot Camp in Long Island (Oceanside) wanting a flatter stomach and to lose weight. What I lost was 9 lbs in the first month!! Boot Camp is at 5:30am , my girlfriends thought I was crazy, even I thought I was crazy. But alas, I am hooked. It's my 5th session and the gym is a thing of the past, officially. If you are a woman and looking to get in shape with a great group of women, check out the girls at StrongHealthyWoman boot camp in Oceanside (they have 3 locations for boot camp in NYC too!)
