I’ve been a customer of mid island collision in Rockville Centre for many years but have never been compelled to write a review until now. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and the other parties insurance company was nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully the car came out amazing. Their work is second to none, and I’d also like to give credit to the wonderful Laura. Without her assistance I don’t know where I’d be. Laura’s assistance was invaluable as she had to constantly deal with the insurance people and at the same time kept me totally In the loop during the entire process.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Went through a bad accident that brought on so much stress. The minute I walked in there, they took the stress off of my plate and handled everything for me. Even though they were busy, my car was promptly taken care of and replaced as if brand new. Laura handled my claim and was a pleasure to work with, keeping me in the loop each step of the way.
