And just like with any other store when it is crowded there is a long wait However There are two employees that i deal with Specifically. The manager Donna and a sales person Natasha. I cannot speak on how friendly the other young ladies that work there are I just prefer Donna and Natasha. Their product knowledge is outstanding they certainly know how to balance my bracelet unlike other employess at other stores. But as for the person who says the manager is worst I completely disagree..

(November 3, 2019, 9:30 am)Gisele was very helpful. I stopped here with my cousin on Halloween. He was visiting the area from out of town and needed to exchange an item. Gisele helped us.
Gisele took the time to find exactly what my cousin needed and nicely boxed/giftwrapped something he bought at a different Pandora. I hope to run into Gisele again soon.
