Great customer service.

My daughter got her ears pierced here at the age of 5. I was really scared and nervous for her. I thought waiting so long would be horrible with a lot of regrets. To my surprise you did it like a champion no crying or nothing. She was so happy I couldn’t believe!!! The lady that assisted us was very friendly , patient and careful. Also she give us after care instructions which came in handy. Thanks Claire’s 🙂

I wish I had gotten the young lady's name in there. I was there on 9/27/18 after 4pm...She was one of the BEST sales rep I've ever had the pleasure of shopping from. She was busy on the floor, keeping things in order, promptly ringing up customers, and engaging them.. very knowledgeable about the items in the store... I was there with a six yr old who "need" to have something for a full 1 minute, until she sees something else and that need quickly dwindles. The sales rep maintained a respectful distance, which she balanced with prompt and courteous service. Thank you young lady!
