  i love coming to this location there is always someone ready to help you. I really loved this visit there was some a lady that helped me when i was looking for glue sticks and told me where they were, she came to me to make sure i hot them i feel so bad i didn't get her name, then whe i was at the line waiting to pay, i wanted a gingerbread house but i didn't know where they were, she went and got it for me, i was so happy, she was awesome, the cashier were fast, man super fast. i got my coupon I'm coming back in Friday. love this place.

  Wanted a display item and the supervisor tried her best to help me. When she couldn't find the item she went behind the scenes to try to locate the box for the item. Then she couldn't find the plus for the item and went to the store manager who was very helpful as well. Longer story shorter. All items were either located or replaced with a different item to make it whole. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

  I visit Michaels every so often and am never disappointed. My last visit was to purchase picture frames and Michaels had a great special gojng on. When browsing around Michaels one manages to find something of interest to buy!
