  This office is in a class by itself with self check in kiosks! That was new to me. Quite efficient and user friendly.The staff was professional and pleasant. Also very helpful. Dr. Adam Botwinick was wonderful & knowledgeable. My eyes are feeling better already based on his recommendations. I highly recommend this office. Thank you team!

  The wait was fairly short . The staff was polite, friendly and competent. Dr. Jerry D'Adversa did a very thorough exam. He took the time to explain everything . I felt very comfortable and fully informed.

  Dr Swerdin and his staff are absolutely wonderful.. they always take the time to explain everything in a clear and concise manner and put me at ease. I would highly recommend this practice.

  Love Dr. D'Aversa and his staff. They are all so caring and wonderful.
  Trying to get use to the new facility in Valley Stream. Not quite sure I like having to use the sign in kiosk instead of checking in with a person. Especially when you are there often and there is no change in info. Don't like having to put my drivers license in the kiosk either. Always worried about that info being hacked.

  Aesthetically pleasing clinic. Tasks were well organized among staff. The self-registration booths were a little cumbersome. Not sure of the reason for scanning insurance cards when there was no change in insurance. Doctor is excellent. Overall a very positive experience.
