  This was the best car dealership experience I've had. We made an inquiry online and were contacted via phone, so we came in to take a look. I came in with a time constraint unsure of which vehicle I was going to lease and within my time frame I was able to look at a few vehicles, take a test drive, trade in my old vehicle, and drive out with a new car that I liked, felt I got a fair deal on, and with minimal hassle.
  
  Primarily, I would like to say that our sales representative, Mohamad, was incredible to deal with. He showed us everything we asked to see, made no hard sells at all, listened to everything we were looking for and was working HARD to get us out on time. Totally pleasant to deal with and would certainly recommend looking out for him if you stop by.
  
  Friendly staff, didn't treat me like garbage (experiences I've had at both Toyota and Hyundai at Green Acres), fair pricing, will definitely look into coming back for my next vehicle.

  Absolutely one of the best customer service staff I have ever had. Although many people were friendly and nice, I must give a specific shoutout to one of the leasing experts named Steven. He helped me from the very beginning and took his time explaining everything to me. He was in no rush, and provided all the details needed, I walked out with a beautiful car and a smile on my face

  If you’re looking for an honest deal and a stress-free car buying experience I highly recommend Mazda of Valley Stream. The ENTIRE team at Valley Stream Mazda could not have been better. Even the sales people that weren’t working with me were very friendly, down to earth, and professional. I’m sure all customers come in with their own set of circumstances and requirements of a vehicle and they worked with me to make sure I got not only what I needed but also what I wanted. I truly felt as if I was family. They were completely patient with all questions I had before, during, and after the sale. They went the extra mile to make sure I had nothing to worry about. Every single detail was taken care of. Even during a brief wait time several workers, even a few from the service department, had offered me a drink or something to eat. The dealership itself is very nice as there is a nice waiting area with coffee and snacks, a nice size TV, and a clean bathroom which means I won’t be dreading getting my car serviced here either. I would like to thank Tommy, Stephen and Kevin for all their help! But honestly, it won’t matter which salesperson you get as they are truly all wonderful. Highly, highly, highly recommended.
