  Have to say that that PBT Realty is by far the best real estate I have dealt with. I was faced with having to find a new apartment do to my landlord selling the house. So I called PBT and I am glad I did, Sandra answered the phone took all my info and assured me that I will be getting a call back and will get me in to see a few places. That evening she called me back with 4 places she had in mind asked me what time was good and told me what agent i was meeting with. She also followed up and asked what i liked or perhaps didn't like about them. I feel in love with one of them, got an application and then was in meeting with Joy the broker to go over paperwork and leave a deposit. Joy was very nice and told me that I would hear back in a day or two if I got the place, and the next day Joy called me with the great news I got the apartment and asked what day and time I can come in to sign the lease. She went over everything with me so there were no surprises, and the signing went great. I am so happy that there is still places like PBT Realty that really know how to show great customer service and go above and beyond.

  I worked with Joy and PBT Realty to get my New Business up and running. She found me a great space to work with. She was very patient with me as a lot of Brokers I couldn't deal with or they couldn't deal with me. Either way she was very knowledgeable and got the job done. I would give her and her Real Estate 10 Stars if Possible Sorry they only let me give you guys maximum of 5.

  I have many investment properties that I rent. I been dealing with Joy from PBT Realty for years. She always looks out for me when she sees a great investment as well as getting great tenants for my properties after I purchase them. Her staff is very professional. They handle everything. I would never trust anyone else.

  I have dealt with many real estate agents and brokers over time. None have gone above and beyond in the way that PBT Realty has. The broker, Joy, treated me with the utmost respect, while taking the time to help me establish what my true wants and needs were. She helped me find several apartments that fit my budget and exceeded my expectations. I really am blown away at the levels of professionalism and due diligence that were displayed during my interactions with this company. Thank you so much Joy and the entire team at PBT Realty. I will always recommend you and keep you in mind for my future real estate needs.

  Needed to move in less that 1 week and while no other real estate company could help me with my situation, PBT went above and beyond expectations of any Real Estate company in the area. within 4 hours after calling i was viewing listings that they had and made my choice after seeing only 3 places. I was able to sign a lease the next day and not be homeless. Kudos to their friendly staff and talented agents who went above and beyond for me.
