Absolutely amazing! Best cocktails and old fashion drinks. High quality menu, delicious and eloquent dishes and exceptional service especially from our server who explained each dish and made it very warm and intimate for us to enjoy the experience of each dish. One of my favorite spots in LI!! Highly recommend for a date night or dinner/drinks with friends.

Dark room with warm lighting, friendly and attentive staff, and unique cocktails and a delicious menu. Plenty of intriguing small plate options to start, but we went with the wings and the tuna tartare. The roasted chicken had an amazing chorizo stuffing with fresh brussel sprouts. Rigatoni came with a mouth watering homemade sausage. Highly recommended date spot for an intimate evening.

Went with a few friends on a Thursday night with a reservation for dinner. It wasn't packed, but the place is small enough where I think it's worth making the resy. Starting off with the cocktails, I had one of their many old fashions, the smart mouth, which was smooth and delicious and definitely one of the better I've had, especially locally! With a laundry list of drinks on their menu, I wanted to try them all, so I'll be back just for that alone. Now for the kitchen. We split an assortment of small plates, pasta, and large plates. Mind you, the menu is seasonal and does change often. We had the heirloom tomatoes, gem salad, beets, bluefin tuna, hummus, corn and chorizo pasta, and the short rib. Of it all, the pasta (which is handmade in house) really blew me away, but everything was incredibly fresh and not a scrap was left on the table. We also did one of everything on the menu for dessert. The flourless chocolate cake, bread pudding, cheesecake, and a seasonal blueberry tart. The bread pudding was my personal favorite, but again, you could do no wrong with any of the choices. I also had an excellently prepared decaf cappuccino. The ambiance is very mellow, albeit a little dark, but makes it great for a date night dinner. Our server and all the staff were very nice and helpful. Parking is a little awkward, I recommend parking on the side streets just around either corner and walking a bit, but you can park in front, should you be so lucky to get a spot. Overall, I'd love come to back to this little tucked away spot any time to try more of what they have to offer.

Just popped in on a whim on a Thursday had the 100 dollar old fashioned. It was fantastic (only 1). We then had one of the best meals ever. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Best hummus I’ve ever had. Cucumber with feta and blood orange were ridiculous and the Stracciatella was so good. Literally everything we had was top notch. Can’t wait to go back and try more there. Excellent all around.

An extremely knowledgeable and fun staff guide you through the best things to get and matching the right drinks for you. We had the cucumber and feta salad - which was our favorite thing - the hummus (which needed a littleee more spice) and then had the ricotta pasta and the rotini. The rotini was spot on, perhaps the ricotta pasta needed a hint more salt or a dash of a spice for the extra oomph, but overall well worth the drive
, and price, out to Wantagh and we hope to be back there soon. Last to mention, the wine selection is not long, but I often appreciate precision that matches the menu and not an overload for no reason. The Sauvignon blanc was great, and the Old fashioned had by my partner has become part of his top 5! He also tasted their Crystal Visions and said that it was a delicious, not overbearing twist, to the classic. Definitely head out here for a good date night. Cheers!
