  After 2 previous Home Care agencies, finally I have found people who care and understand my mom and her situation. Beth has been simply amazing at communicating with me from a long distance keeping me informed of all issues that may arise. Many thanks to all the staff that work everyday to take care of my mom and do such a great job!

  Where do i start off i am so grateful to know all of care connection team. they have been working with me and i am so truly blessed to finally find homeware for me. Beth my coordinator is amazing as i wanted a spanish aide i have a great aide as they say i am opening to there agency. which is great because maybe some spanish people are looking for care and being that I'm the advertising lady for them i always tell my friends at therapy love you beth, karima, and all of care connection!!!!

  For almost two years, my parents have greatly benefited from the home care services provided by Care Connection. Their staff have been understanding in adjusting services and modifying scheduling as my parents illnesses have progressed and needs increase and supportive of my families desire to continue to be involved in their care.
  The services have been provided by consistent, caring, competent and patient staff who quickly gained our trust and now seem like part of our family, When substitute coverage has been needed, it was arranged in a timely fashion and the alternate providers have also been well trained, reliable and caring.
  I am especially grateful for the efforts of our regular team (Maggie, Lynn and Nellie) who anticipate and respond to my parents needs and work closely with hospice in a gentle and caring way. They have welcomed the participation of family members and their wonderful efforts have enabled my parents to remain in their home and feel respected throughout this long illness.
  It is a pleasure working with Care Connection and I recommend them highly!

  We have been not only fortunate, but blessed to have signed on with Care Connection for the care of my mother and father over a year ago. Working with the agency (Beth, Karina and Ann) has been very professional, efficient and caring. No matter what the problem, scheduling or otherwise, they always come through. They have learned the workings of our family, and have handled Blizzards, illnesses, and vacations with ease.
  Our caregivers, Maggie, Nellie and Woodlynn are like family to my parents. My father was once resistant, but now cannot imagine life without them. My Mom suffers from Parkinson's and Dementia, and my father has problems with mobility at 89 and 91 respectively. They have handled all aspects of their care with great compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend Care Connection. We would be lost without them!
