Hot Pilates Secrets

Just attended my first class- wow! So blessed and grateful to have found Hot Pilates Secret. I’m a few towns over and it’s worth the drive. Thank you to the instructors for creating such a sacred place. Love it- can’t wait to return and learn more.

Hot Pilates Secret is the best. Great atmosphere and tough workouts, paired with a no-pressure/come-as-you-are philosophy from the teachers. Would recommend absolutely anybody to try a few classes and go at your own pace. Attending classes here has become a cornerstone of my weekly routine, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

I love, and love this place. I love everything about it. Sam, Chrisi, and Ariel, great teachers. Love every class. I am so lucky and grateful, how I found this Sacred Place. Truly, it is Sacred.. no matter how often I come they are so welcoming. It feels like the family who cares your well being.

Hot Pilates Secret is the most special place. As a new mom/ self employed person I’m constantly ‘busy’, at times anxiously moving through life. I have been consistently going to class 2-3x per week for the past few months and it has changed my LIFE. Not to be dramatic… I feel stronger in my body and mind than I have in years … I never and I mean never have looked forward to a work out like I look forward to coming here. Class is my safe haven. I feel comfortable but also push myself to my limits at the same time. It’s dark and intense. The music is always on point and the vibe is always just right ! The teachers are awesome, down to earth, and amazing. They coach you through the class just enough to keep you going but not too much where you feel defeated if you can’t keep up. It’s a place and time that’s ‘ just for me ‘ when I go. I love that and I LOVE HPS.. it’s like a soul cleanse every damn time !

I’ve been coming to this studio for just under a year and I love it. I’ve committed myself to going 6 days/ week! The prices/packages are super reasonable and definitely worth going! The girls are literal angels!! I highly recommend trying this studio out and potentially making it your second home! The classes are different combinations of hot strength, hot Pilates, body weight burn, vinyasa & more. The classes are always so amazing, challenging and effective! I always leave feeling better and stronger than ever. The best kind of energy! Super clean, organized and calming environment! Trust me, you’ll thank me later. (10/10)
