  Firstly let me say that I have been in several PGA Superstore from Atlanta to Myrtle Beech and New York Westbury. All the stores were good and had very good customer service.
  There was a marked difference at Westbury. Never did I ever see such excellent customer relation. I have to mention the manager Kyle. He is just a great human and great communicator, goes beyond the call of duty to make sure customers are treated with respect, and always feel welcomed. The technicians are very smart and knowledgeable, always willing to solve any problem or answer any question no matter how small.
  I have to mention Mike my special club tech. That man knows everything and always have the right answer to any question.
  This PGA Store is 5 Stars all the way, the staff is 10 Stars.

  Went here for a club fitting session and was pleasantly surprised by how painless of an experience it was. The staff was very friendly, paid me a lot of attention and took the time to let me try many different clubs and configurations until I found the one I was most comfortable with. The simulator you hit in helps to visualize how well you hit each club. When it was all finished I felt no pressure to buy my clubs just then, I was given a sheet with the information about what I hit and the stats of how I hit them and was left with the chance to think over my decision before making any purchase. I will be going back when I need to update more of my clubs.
