Nice clean rooms, fully functional kitchenettes (real fridge/freeezer, microwave, sign that you can request a cooktop if desired, dishwasher, full set of cookware & utensils). Not in the best part of town for scenery but very convient otherwise. Stayed for work during derby week yet was still in per diem while other places were not. Room price did more than double for Fri & Sat for the Kentucky Derby but all places do that for the entire week. COVID impacts: Daily room service during has to be requested, which I prefer as I usually leave the do not disturb sign on the door during my stays. Bag breakfast only - fine with me as well. Pool closed - also fine with me. Every member of the staff & guests were wearing masks. Only non-mask wearing was by guests outside which is OK. All staff was very nice.

This place was great. Excellent service. Great clean room.

Homes2 Suites are nice places to stay for the money. Rooms are spacious with the kitchen amenities are always a plus. Nice place for a short stay.
