“The nose bridge of my frame broke in half and I was unable to get anyone to fill new lenses on an old frame I have because my prescription was two years old. Unable to get an appointment with my doctor until 2 weeks late and unable to see, I went to Kevin for the rescue. He is extremely knowledgeable and did his best in measuring the lenses on the broken frame. He order the lens just in time before the lab closed for next day delivery. He even stayed an hour after closing time without complaining. I went to my office blind as a bat the next day and by noon that day my glasses were ready. What a difference it made! I was seeing more clear than the pair that broke and best of all, I didn't have to be blinded for 2 weeks. When I saw my doctor, he said Kevin's measurement was very close to the pair that broke (mind you the frame broke in half and was extremely hard to measure). After I have my new prescription 2 weeks later, I went back to Kevin. I was concerned about getting progressive lenses, I call them old people lenses, and couldn't make up my mind. I hear people say progressive lenses makes you dizzy. Kevin took his time and explained the whole thing to me. He said there will be an adjusting period of about 2 weeks and if it's done right, I shouldn't have any issues. Most complains are the result of cheap lenses and/or they were not done correctly. I took an hour picking out two frames that Kevin patiently helped me and gave me suggestion. He also explained the differences between high and low quality lenses and used his own glasses for demonstration (Let me tell you, it gets VERY technical). To put my mind at ease, he called the lab and ask if they will do an exchange if I can't get used to the progressive. It's been a week and Kevin was right. I feel my eyes are starting to adjust to the lenses. Not 100% yet, but I feel I am getting there. The lenses weren't cheap, but I pretty much have all the bells and whistles and feel they are worth every penny. This is my go to place for all my future eye wear needs. Kevin as friendly, patient and informative. He provides high quality personal customer service, which are rare now days, and I will definitely recommend him to others.”

Absolutely the best -- kind, patient, and highly skilled. Five stars. Unfortunately I moved out of state. If I ever need another root canal... I may just have to move back to Long Island.
