“TL;DR: Excellent food and customer service in an inviting atmosphere. Situated in a sideward-facing strip on a major road, it’s easy to miss P&P, unless you know it’s there. I was lured to P&P by a social media post showing off their delicious Haitian patties. The small restaurant is clean and modern with speakers playing hip-hop and R&B from the golden 90s-2000s era. I was tempted to try the stewed chicken but everything is made to order and I didn’t feel like waiting for an hour, so I went with the griot (pork) and black rice (slight upcharge). I also ordered a half dozen patties (chicken and beef) to take home. My meal was hot, fresh and flavorful. The meal came with plantains (not the sweet ones) and a small serving of pikliz. To wash down my food I ordered the “Haitian lemonade,” which is a slightly sweet lemonade with a hint of vanilla. I would return.”

“Went here one night as I went to the 24 hour autozone. Pizza was great. Buffalo chicken slice was loaded with chicken. Pepperoni slice as well. Unfortunately I was so hungry I never took pictures. I guess next time as I will definitely be going back next time I'm out there. Got to meet Sal (owner) as well. Nice guy. Update 12/6/22 didn't forget the pictures this time. Had lasagna slice and chicken marsala slice which were both outstanding. Fresh zeppole's were soft doughy heaven. Not many place make these like this anymore. As always Sal had us leaving extremely satisfied. Look forward to going back.”

Accompanied by clams, mussels, corn, roasted potatoes in a marinara sauce. I must admit it was quite good 👍 and worth the splurge. The Apple Pomegranate salad was a bit watery. We got an antipasti salad, a large cheese pie with 2 meatball slices, and shrimp fra diavolo. I just had 2 slices of the pie and a garlic knot. It was still as excellent as I remember. I missed this. “A great neighborhood shop serving up one of my favorite slices of pizza in NY. It's a nice corner shop on a little strip of stores in Franklin Square. It has that classic pizzeria feel, and the pizza is fantastic. The staff is solid and welcoming too. I usually go for the plain cheese, but their specialties are great too. Their buffalo chicken slice is fantastic, and highly recommended. The crust is super thin and perfectly cooked. It's a little chewy, crispy, but not overdone. For the plain slice, the sauce is super flavorful, seasoned and savory, and not sweet. It's the perfect amount and thickness of cheese, again flavorful and a little salty, and not greasy at all. Prices are also super reasonable. They aren’t open too late, so check the hours first if you're looking for a late dinner or night snack.”
