“I have been a member of the Lynbrook Body & Brain Center for 6 months now, and have seen a vast improvement in my flexibility and stamina. Master Rose is wonderful, and is able to get me to push myself beyond where I would on my own. We exercise every conceivable part of the body. Even more importantly for me, she has brought me to a more positive mental attitude, teaching me how to fully relax and how to meditate. I'm also working on getting to my ideal weight. “Not only as an educator for SKA girls as a DRIVERS EDUCATION PROFFESSOR but as a parent of three Jewish daughters בלי עין הרע, I can truly say that SKA is a very good choice for anyone who wants their daughters to be in good environments all day long all year long. “Great third floor. Love the indoor swimming pool and an amazing selection of arcade games, the pool table was a little worn out and the bowling balls were scuffed which was definitely the reason I lost that game of bowling by 2 points, but besides the wear and tear, I honestly really feel as if this place will give you a fun time, and I wish I lived here! I heard some of the teachers slept in the private rooms in the basement. I also feel as if it does need better security. Some 6th graders started breaking the trampoline limits, and brought 9 people in instead of 8. But besides that, I guess the classes are ok. Definitely the low of the day, but our English period is a great nap time.”
