I sent the sunglasses back with a diagram of my lenses and they continually contacted me by email. I also added 4 more pairs to the order which they made sure my order was correct by contact, which really impressed me in that getting it right mattered to them. OP is very punctual, and diligent. when I received the new clip-ons they fit perfect they look great and work well, the design holds to my glasses firmly and the shape is perfect. “I had trouble filling one of my tires with an inflation station. Three were not problematic; but the 4th was. Vidal was kind enough to go outside at 8pm and help me. Apparently the PSI was so low that the air machine didn’t register enough air pressure to pump the tire. I had no idea that could happen. He tried a few tricks and managed to fill it. Was going to tip him but he refused. Thank God for Costco. .... and Vidal.”
