“I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Nina Colon at the Blue Nile store in the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY. I had been searching for an engagement ring for my girlfriend to propose in a few weeks. I had researched a lot online and thought I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived in person. However there were a few things I didn’t consider and I feel incredibly fortunate I had Nina to assist me along the process. Nina was incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. I must have entered, left, returned to the store 5-6 times over the course of a week until I finally was able to decide and finalize what I wanted. During that process I felt as though Nina had really advocated for me by educated me on what I should be looking for and giving me an unrushed personalized experience by taking the time to show me many different options before I could finally decide. Hands down the best experience I have had in making a significant purchase. I recently proposed the past weekend and it was an absolute success! The engagement ring came out absolutely perfect. Nina knew exactly what she was doing. My fiancé was over the moon ecstatic and loved the ring. Nina is truly an expert and if it hadn’t been for her knowledge, patience, and kind demeanor I don’t know that I would have been able to pull this off. Can’t thank you enough Nina!”

“It may be the best ice cream shop on Long Island. I had peanut butter Vanilla and I loved it! One of my favorite flavors. My hubby had mint chip. He was the one who suggested we go here. I spend more time in the city and live in one of the 5 boros but on occasion we head to Long beach and said none of the other ice cream places in the area are that good and he was hoping this place was better and it is! I have had ice cream all over the world so I know good ice cream. I am not a townie and don't live on Long Island. They let you try the flavors first. The girl who helped walk to bathroom was really nice. (I broke my ankle in 2 places and also have a tumor) So I am pretty much a mess, but she was nice enough to walk with me to the bathroom. I love their flavor selection and hope to return when I recover.”
